Sharae Tyler is the founder and proud owner of Delicate Cleaning LLC, a company built on professionalism, precision, and passion. With over a decade of hands-on cleaning experience, she has earned a reputation for meticulous attention to detail—every surface is lifted, moved, and thoroughly cleaned.

Her approach is clear: listen to the client, understand their needs, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Under her leadership, Delicate Cleaning has become a trusted name in both residential and commercial spaces—known not only for high-quality cleaning, but for consistency, care, and dependability.

Ms. Tyler specializes in a wide range of services including construction site cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, and full property cleanouts. Her team is equipped to handle jobs of all sizes with efficiency and precision.

In addition to her industry expertise, Sharae has strengthened her business operations through targeted business management courses. She has developed expertise in the procurement bidding process and has successfully secured contracts with Housing Authorities and municipal agencies across the region.

She is a Section 3 Certified Contractor and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Women and Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE)—a reflection of her dedication to growth, excellence, and community investment.
